Try.com

Principle Designer

I was the first hire at Try.com outside of the founding team. We wanted to shake up the ecommerce model for clothing by bringing it closer to the in-store experience. We introduced a “Try Button” in place of the conventional “Buy Button” to extend you the trust any good customer deserves. Try it on. See if it fits. If it does, just keep it and we will charge you automatically. Crazy, maybe. Security hurdles, definitely. But what store would make you pay to try on clothes?
